Personal Information Protection Policy

DCM Group companies (including DCM Co., Ltd., parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates of DCM Co., Ltd., and other companies specifically designated by DCM Co., Ltd. as applicable; hereinafter, the "Group") recognize that it is the social responsibility of the Group to properly manage and use personal information obtained from customers, and have established the following basic policy on personal information and will make every effort to protect customers' personal information.

1.Acquisition and use of personal information

The Group will clarify the purpose of use of personal information obtained from our customers as much as possible, obtain and use the information in a fair and appropriate manner within the scope of the purpose of use, and will not handle the information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. Please refer to "Purpose of use of personal information" for the purpose of use by the Group.

2.Compliance with laws and regulations regarding personal information

The Group will comply with laws and ordinances regarding the protection of personal information, guidelines established by the government, and other standards with regard to the handling of customers’ personal information.

3.Safe management of personal information

The Group will take all necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration, leakage, and unauthorized access of personal information obtained from customers, and to ensure the safe management of personal information.

4.Provision of personal information to third parties and joint use

The Group will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent of the customer, except as permitted by law. In addition, the personal information of customers may be shared among the companies that make up the Group, after prior notification or announcement of the prescribed items stipulated by law. 5.Outsourcing the handling of personal information

In the event that the Group outsources the handling of customers' personal information to a third party, it will select a third party that possesses an appropriate level of management and provide the necessary and appropriate supervision and guidance.

6.Organizational structure

The Group will review its management system for the protection of personal information as necessary and strive for continuous improvement.

7.Disclosure, corrections, etc.

The Group will respond in accordance with the prescribed procedures when a customer requests the disclosure or correction of personal information held by the Group.

The Group recognizes that it is its social responsibility to properly manage and use specific personal information, etc., and has established the following policy for the protection of specific personal information, etc., and will make every effort to protect it.

The Group will comply with related laws, regulations, guidelines, etc., set by the government, and other norms regarding the handling of specific personal information.

2.Establishment of an organizational structure for security management measures

The Group will establish an organizational management system for the proper handling of specific personal information in consideration of the content and scale of its business.

3.Implementation of security management measures

The Group will comply with the prescribed rules and regulations regarding the acquisition, use, storage, provision, elimination and disposal of specific personal information, and will take sufficient measures to ensure the proper handling of such information.

4.Contact point for questions and complaints

The Group will establish a contact point for complaints and consultations regarding specific personal information, and will strive to respond appropriately and promptly to resolve problems.

Procedures for disclosure, correction, etc., of personal information and specific personal information held by the Group are as follows.
