4.Provision of personal information to third parties and joint use

The Group will not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent of the customer, except as permitted by law. In addition, the personal information of customers may be shared among the companies that make up the Group, after prior notification or announcement of the prescribed items stipulated by law. In the event that the Group outsources the handling of customers' personal information to a third party, it will select a third party that possesses an appropriate level of management and provide the necessary and appropriate supervision and guidance.
